라이벌
뭐든 잘 하는 사람들은 라이벌이 있습니다.
정치하는 사람들도 의도적으로 라이벌을 키웁니다.
자기가 크려면 상대가 커야 됩니다. 같이 크는 겁니다.
자기만 독주하면 어느 시점에서 더 이상 크지를 못합니다. 그게 한계입니다.
There is a rival for a person who does well at any kinds.
Politicians intentionally breed rivals as well.
If you want to be great, then the other party has to be great as well.
You become great together.
If you walkover, you can’t grow any bigger at a point. That is the limit.
일 잘 하는 사람이 있으면 꺾으려 하지 마시고 오히려 키워 주십시오.
더 잘 할 수 있도록 해주면 자기도 더 큽니다.
누가 두각을 나타내고 설친다고 못마땅하게 여기지 마시고,
더 잘 할 수 있게 해 주십시오.
그 힘으로 자기도 더 커지는 겁니다.
If someone is doing a good job, don’t try to crush them,
rather, try to help them grow.
If you help them to do better, you will grow more.
Don’t be displeased when someone stands out and storms around.
Rather help so the person can do even better.
You will grow bigger through that power.
앞서가는 사람들을 보면 사실은 불균형을 가진 사람이 많습니다.
오행을 고루 가지고 있으면 그냥 정체되기 쉽지 원동력이 되지는 않습니다.
불균형하고 치우치는 기운으로 뚫고 가는 겁니다.
처음부터 다 갖추고 갈 수는 없습니다.
어느 지점에 갈 때까지는 그런 힘이 에너지가 되는 겁니다.
할 만큼 하다가 나중에 고루 원만해지면 되는 것입니다.
When you look at the people who are leading,
there are many who are imbalanced.
If we have the Five Elements (wood, fire, earth, metal and water) evenly,
it won’t be our generative power, we will rather be stagnated.
We are rushing forward with the energy imbalanced and lopsided.
Such power becomes our energy until we reach to a certain point.
It is fine to become smooth evenly later
when one does as much as one could be done.
그런 의미에서 앞서서 가는 분을 잡아 끌지 말고 밀어주십시오.
단점은 눈감아 주시고요. 그런 힘 때문에 가는 겁니다.
언젠가는 다듬어져야 될 부분이지만 앞서가는 분들이 필요합니다.
그분들을 앞장 세워서 뒤에서 밀어 주고 그 힘으로 다 같이 가도록 하십시오.
Push those people forward who are leading
instead of pulling down by that mean.
Close your eyes to their demerits.
They are going because of such power.
We need people who lead even though
such parts need to be amended at some point.
Put them in the front and push them from behind,
we shall go together with that power.
제일 불쌍한 것은 아무 의욕이 없는 것입니다.
불감증이라고 할까요.
미워하는 건 사실 열정이 있고 에너지가 나와서 그러는 것입니다.
에너지가 부족하면 미워하지도 못합니다.
미워하고 표현하는 게 살아있다는 겁니다.
The most miserable thing is not to have any volition at all.
Can it be frigidity?
Hating someone actually means that there is passion and energy coming.
If one lacks energy, one is unable to hate.
To hate and to express something means the one is alive.
